Bagna Cauda

Bagna Cauda (pronounced:bun' ya caw' da) is a delicious dipping sauce suitable for a wide variety of vegetables, breads, and cheeses. This recipe requires the use of anchovies. Now, if you don't like the texture of the actual anchovie, I suggest that you use an anchovie paste. It is homoginized so you have the flavor of the fish and not the coarse texture. The paste is also a good way to try anchovies, if you have never tried them yet, to experience the flavor of these tiny fish. Believe me, they really do taste great!
