Bagna Cauda

Number of servings: Enough for 40/50 small

veggie pieces.

INGREDIENTS

1 small onion, minced 2 tsp. salt

1 small cans anchovies or 1 tube of anchovy paste. 6 tbl. olive oil

2-3 lbs. assorted vegetables

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in the top section of a double boiler. If a double boiler is not available, use a saucepan over a low heat.
  2. Heat until butter melts.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes. DO NOT LET BUTTER BURN!
  4. Cut veggies into bitesize pieces.
  5. Keep Bagna cauda warm while serving. A fondue pot works well for this.
  6. Dip veggies into the bagna cauda, eat, and enjoy!
