MANICOTTI

INGREDIENTS

I box Manicotti 1 qt. tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 deg.
  2. Combine water, salt, and olive oil in a large pot.
  3. Bring to a full boil. Add the manicotti to the water.
  4. Cook for ten to fifteen minutes or until pasta is done. Drain the pasta and run cold water over it for about 3 minutes to cool it off.
  5. Combine eggs, spices, and ricotta in a medium mixing bowl using a spoon or a fork. Do Not Use A Mixer!
  6. Fill the manicotti with the ricotta mixture.
  7. Place the filled manicotti in the oiled or greased cake pan.
  8. Cover the manicotti with the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce and the manicotti.
  10. Bake at 300 for 35 minutes, or until mozzarella becomes melted and light brown.
  11. Serve hot. Enjoy!
