INGREDIENTS
I box Manicotti 1 qt. tomato sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 300 deg.
- Combine water, salt, and olive oil in a large pot.
- Bring to a full boil. Add the manicotti to the water.
- Cook for ten to fifteen minutes or until pasta is done. Drain the pasta and run cold water over it for about 3 minutes to cool it off.
- Combine eggs, spices, and ricotta in a medium mixing bowl using a spoon or a fork. Do Not Use A Mixer!
- Fill the manicotti with the ricotta mixture.
- Place the filled manicotti in the oiled or greased cake pan.
- Cover the manicotti with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce and the manicotti.
- Bake at 300 for 35 minutes, or until mozzarella becomes melted and light brown.
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
