This website is an attempt to make some of my Italian, and American-Italian, cooking recipes available to as many people as will try them. I wrote a cookbook to combat the old addage "you have to be Italian to cook like one"! This cookbook can make it possible. The recipes are easy to read and even easier to understand.

I have provided 10, of over 150, of my favorite recipes for you to download and try for FREE! I am also offering one free recipe a month to anyone who signs up to receive it.
